Delivery took over 1 hour, (I live 10 mins away by car), food was lukewarm and soggy. Rang the restaurant to get this sorted and all I got was an apology and a promise that it will be better next time (who would order from a place who delivered cold and soggy food again??)
I gave the manager a better solution, sending out the order again and making sure that it’s actually hot. Food took 40 mins to come and it was a bit better.
The customer service from the girl who picked up the phone and the manager could definitely be better. (The girl hung up on my partner in the middle of his sentence, when he rang about the order being so late)
Don’t order from here, order from Dominos instead.

Ordered today. Got the cheese bites clicked cranberry sauce. No sauce garlic arrived was the same last week.
Taco loaded fries had no cheese at all and way too much sauce.
Same with curry chips few weeks back it was like cement on the chips.
